The countdown to the 44th Faro International Motorcycle Concentration, a iconic event that will take place from July 16 to 19, 2026, at Vale das Almas, near Gago Coutinho International Airport, in Faro, has already begun. As is obvious, in a terrain where nothing exists and where one of the largest motorcycle concentrations in Europe, if not the world, takes place, preparation begins about two and a half months before the event, i.e., in the last two weeks, the work carried out by volunteers has focused on cleaning and plowing the terrain to prevent possible fires. On June 10, Camões Day, Portugal, and Portuguese Communities Day, the work will officially begin in full force and will continue until dismantling, where a large part of the volunteers, as well as hired personnel, will contribute to the various areas so that on July 16 everything will be ready to receive the approximately 20,000 motorcyclists who will arrive in Faro from four or five corners of the world. This week, the organizer released the three promotional posters for the event, including the main poster, which features the names of the bands and artists that will perform on the main stage, with UHF, Rui Veloso, Xutos & Pontapés, and UB40 standing out. Another poster is the one for the Oasis, which, according to statements by the president of Moto Clube de Faro, Pedro Baptista, on the TánaHora Podcast, in this edition of the Concentration, the Oasis will be remodeled, and as for musical animation, DJ LIPI is the resident, with the Volt, Insane, Slash N Roses, and Alltallica – Tribute to Metallica taking the stage. Regarding the third poster, it promotes the 34th Bike Show, where motorcycles prepared for the Custom, New School, Radical Custom, Strett Performance, Chopper Strange, Old School, and Rat categories can compete.
